The feature covered the Iraqi Kurdistan law which states that every citizen has the right to receive medical treatment regardless of their financial status and for a nominal fee; and the problem of the hundreds of people who are mentally ill and living on the street with no access to medical treatment. The feature followed the life of Sadia, a mentally ill woman living on the streets of Sulimaniyah, and the problems faced by the hundreds of homeless mentally ill who have no access to medical treatment. As a result of featuring on the show, Sadia was taken in by a hospital, treated and reunited with her five children, whom she had not seen for many years.
